Allison’s clients appreciate her guidance and perception, particularly regarding conservation, which she has been developing for more than 10 years. Texas landowners benefit from her thorough knowledge of conservation easement rules and regulations, and conservation land planning tools. She has drafted, negotiated, and secured conservation easement sales and donations throughout the state of Texas, protecting wildlife habitat, water quality, scenic views, and working lands. Her counsel to non-profits is complemented by her years of experience as the executive director of a fledgling non-profit in the past.
